The EagleMAX is an analogue joystick, styled as a flightstick. Unlike the PlayStation Analog Joystick games don't need to support it directly, as it is seen as either the right or left analogue stick of a DualShock controller.
Button functions are able to be reconfigured, and macros can be programmed.
