Adaptor for connecting different modern controllers to the Mega Drive and PC-Engine, either via Bluetooth or USB. Typical of Brook, probably as low-latency as you can get. Rjt adds: Make sure you update your firmware, as my adaptor didn't even have the ability to switch to 6-button mode with the firmware it came with.
