The model number is HSS-0151, but it's worth noting that it was only sold as part of a bundle with Virtual-On, and that bundle's model number is HSS-0154.

If you wanted to DIY your own alternative there's a pretty standard joystick part with a trigger and top button. Never seen anything as big as the full arcade version of the Twin Sticks, though I think the standup version uses smaller sticks.

Everything is mapped to inputs on a regular Saturn controller, so any adaptor should work fine if you want to use it on a PC or elsewhere.
