The SuperPad 64 Plus is an iteration of the SuperPad 64, with the addition of [[:Category:Slow motion|slow motion]] and [[:Category:Autofire|autofire]] (Note there's an earlier controller called the SuperPad 64 with a different form). The MakoPad seems to be the same as the SuperPad 64 Pro, but in a translucent, slightly purple shell. There's also the MakoPad PC, which has some addition setting and uses a gameport plug.
