AKA: Jaguar Control Pad. Default controller for Atari's Jaguar console, has some compatibility with their 1040 STE and Falcon computers. Like the 5200 Controller and Intellivision Hand Controller it has a phone-like number pad that can have overlays... overlayed.
Mods
Not uncommon to see spinners or analogue sticks modded onto the controller for Tempest 2000.
