Adaptor for connecting different modern controllers to the Mega Drive and PC-Engine, either via Bluetooth or USB. Typical of Brook, probably as low-latency as you can get.
Both thse consoles are a bit lacking when it comes to quality joysticks, so this is pretty handy.
They're no longer being made, so prices can be a bit silly, but there's also no alternative if you're after a USB connector.
